The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to establish an ongoing contract with a Contractor(s)to provide Furniture, Furnishings, and Equipment for Minnesota Veterans Home-Montevideo, MN. The Contractor(s) must be able to provide the Furniture, Furnishings, and Equipment as well as delivery and installation on or before July 30, 2023. The Contractor(s) must also provide adequate staff for customer service, order execution, order support and overall contract management. The State reserves the right to award multiple Contractors if the State believes that is in the States best interest. The State also reserves the right to review National Association of Procurement Officers Contracts (NASPO), or other contracts available to the State of Minnesota to determine if it is in the best interest of the State to participate in those contracts in lieu of or in addition to this contract. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. This purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract(s) with vendor(s) to provide, deliver, and install furniture, furnishings, and equipment for the newly built skilled nursing facility of the Minnesota Veterans Home in Montevideo, MN. If Contractor access to the facility is delayed by the Ordering Entity beyond June 30, 2023, the completion date of July 30, 2023, may be changed, via an executed written Amendment to the Contract, to preserve the 30-day window to complete delivery and installation
