Renovation of a transportation facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Nunn Construction, Inc., acting as the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the above project, is requesting interested Subcontractors to submit prequalification packages for consideration to bid on the project. Project Description: The project includes installation of two (2) new oversized baggage handling lines. A new 1,020-square-foot checked baggage resolution area will be built and conditioned. Also, 8,400 square feet of an existing open-air breezeway will be enclosed to make an additional bag room service area. The project will be subject to DAVIS BACON wage rate requirements. The project will include surveying, concrete and building demolition, foundation excavation and backfill, concrete foundations, slab on grade, concrete paving, reinforcing, concrete unit masonry, structural steel, misc. metals, rough carpentry, dampproofing, insulation, air barrier, sealants, hollow metal doors/ hollow metal frames/hardware, high speed roll-up doors, manual coiling door, access doors, metal studs/drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, concrete sealing, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, snowmelt systems, electrical, tel/com data wiring, and access control. This information will be reviewed by Nunn Construction personnel, and those firms deemed to be most qualified for the project will be recommended to the Owner for inclusion in the project bid list. Submission Requirements: Prequalification packages shall be based on Nunns standard Prequalification Package. Please contact Nunn s Ross Dix (rdix@nunnconstruction.com) to obtain a copy of the Prequalification Package. Completed pre-qualification packages shall be submitted by e-mail to rdix@nunnconstruction.com. No site inspection or pre-proposal conference is planned. The Owner and Nunn Construction, Inc. reserve the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to reject any and all prequalification packages. Neither the Owner, the Project Architect nor Nunn Construction, Inc. assume any responsibility for submission of any prequalification package.
