Site work for a water / sewer project in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

A. The work of this Contract generally includes improvements to the Awarded Bid Schedule combination of ground level water storage tanks, including: 1.Surface preparation and coating of the interior of the existing 1,000,000 to 1,538,000 gallon water storage tanks, including appurtenances thereto 2.Surface preparation and coating of multiple exterior coating spot failures of theexisting water storage tanks, only required where corroded steel substrate is present, including appurtenances thereto 3.Tank disinfection and bacteriological testing 4.Protection of adjacent public and private property 5.Project cleanup a. Accomplish all necessary measures to collect, package, contain, transport and dispose of all materials removed from the tank and any materials contaminated in the Work 6.Provide access to work for Owner and Engineer for inspections a. Provide all required safety equipment B. Furnish all materials, equipment, supplies and appurtenances; provide all construction, plant equipment and tools; and perform all necessary labor and supervision C. Coordinate the progress of the work including coordination between trades, subcontractors, suppliers, public utilities and Owner (through Engineer) to ensure the progress of the work D. It is the intent of this Contract that the work proceed in the most expeditious manner possible with a minimum amount of interference with public and private activities E. The work will be undertaken on property owned by the Donala Water and Sanitation District.
