Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Haines City, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work of this Project is generally described as demolition and construction services for Haines City Lift Station (LS) No. 4. The project includes: 1. Demolishing LS No. 4 to include removing all pumps, piping, valves, supports, electrical controls, all panels, conduit, wire, utility services, all relocated boxes, plumbing, electrical wiring, concrete and/or masonry structures, and appurtenances. 2. Replacing LS No. 4 with a new wet well, master manhole, concrete slab, access drive, fencing, transmission line tie-in, new submersible pumps, flow meter, piping, valving, controls, electrical appurtenances including power supply control panel, power meter, surge protection, main breaker panel, disconnects, transformers, switches, relays, floats, switches, and accessories meeting the City's design standards. 3. Installing a new doghouse master manhole and connecting it with the new wet well and existing gravity collection system. 4. Installing new radar level sensor, float switches, light pole with light, variable-speed drive (VFD) on the three pumps, meter disconnect, main breaker, automatic transfer switch (ATS) enclosure, demarcation panel, load center, test well, cabling, and associated accessories. 5. Purchasing and installing a design/build odor-control system for LS No. 4 to treat foul air from the lift station wet well and master manhole including all electrical, mechanical, structural, and instrumentation/controls. 6.
