The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), En Route Construction Branch (AAQ-540) has a need to do an Elevator Rehabilitation Project at the Anchorage Air RouteTraffic Control Center (ARTCC) located at 700 N. Boniface Way, Anchorage, Alaska. Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment, labor, materials and equipment required to do an Elevator Rehabilitation at the Anchorage Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) in Anchorage, Alaska. Includes removal and proper disposal of the existing equipment and complete installation and testing of the new equipment per the attached drawings and specifications. The estimated construction magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. See the attached solicitation package for details. A one-time site visit is scheduled for 10:00 am Alaska Time on Thursday, September 15, 2022. Site visit attendees will need to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled time to allow processing through the guard house.
