Project Scope: The City of Springfield is seeking to construct concrete sidewalks, driveways, and wheelchair ramps in the East Springfield Neighborhood. The project will also include construction of a curb extension bump out, installation of flashing pedestrian beacons and associated thermoplastic pavement markings. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
