South Landry Housing Modernization 2020 CFP, for the South Landry Housing Authority, Grand Coteau, Louisiana, Architect's Project No. 2114. The project generally consists of: Project scope of work includes demolition & renovation of living unit bathrooms at Unit 436 & 438 (Site LA-73-8, Crape Myrtle Drive, Grand Coteau, LA) and Unit 729 (Site LA-73-3A, Doris St., Sunset, LA). Work also includes full interior demolition & renovation/modernization of Unit 40, Unit 42 (2 Bdrm Units) & Unit 44 & Unit 46 (3 Bdrm Units) (Site LA-73-5, Pinecrest Loop, Sunset, LA). Partial sets of documents will not be issued. This is a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development assisted project. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. Successful Contractor will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, creed, color, sex, age, or national origin. Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump-sum basis to a Bidder licensed under the provisions of the Contractors Licensing Law of the State of Louisiana. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the time and date of opening. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of base bid. Both performance and payment bonds will be required in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities.
