The selected firm will be required to provide a Historic Bridge Alternatives Analysis (HBAA) Report for this Non-Select bridge to be submitted to the District Scoping Engineer for completion of the Engineering Assessment Report (EAR) to be completed by the District Scoping Engineer within 30 days of receipt of the HBAA Report from the selected consultant firm. Based on the HBAA and the EAR the selected consultant firm will be required to provide the Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Geotechnical Services, Topographic Survey, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis, Pavement Design, Design and Plan Development, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking, as needed) and Construction Phase Services.
