The scope of work shall include the construction of a one storey concrete masonry block / wood framed Fire Hall building. The new 144 m2 (1,547 SF) Fire Hall building will include a single drive-through apparatus bay, training / staff room, office, washroom and workshop / equipment storage room. The construction includes exterior concrete block walls c/w wood framing on concrete slab on grade, concrete foundations and pre-engineered wood roof trusses. New exterior site works include site grading, concrete pads, gravel access platform / road and parking area, backup generator with fence enclosure. The building will be constructed to the current National Building Code of Canada.
