County's annual propane gas requirements total approximately 20,000 gallons. All deliveries will be made on a "keep full" basis. Delivery driver shall notify the Facility Maintenance Manager at 636-328-5375 prior to each tank level check and refilling. All storage tanks are owned by Jefferson County. The successful bidder shall be responsible for monitoring tank levels and for keeping the tanks full. Successful bidder will offer a complete gas inspection and pressure test of each system at no additional charge. The successful bidder shall deliver to the following facility locations: a. Radio Tower - 7887 Tower Road, Hillsboro - One (1) 500 Gallon Tank b. Maintenance Building North, 6460 Hwy. MM, House Springs - Two (2) 1,000 Gallon Tanks c. Maintenance Building East, 2960 Lee Pyle Rd., De Soto - Two (2) 1,000 Gallon Tanks d. Maintenance Building West, 5275 Hwy B, Building B, Hillsboro - Three (3) 1,000 Gallon Tanks e. Light Fleet Garage, 5275 Hwy B, Building E, Hillsboro - Two (2) 500 Gallon Tanks f. Emergency Management Services 1409 Industrial Dr. Herculaneum - One (1) 1000 Gallon Tank g. High Ridge Civic Center, 2800 Community Lane, High Ridge - One (1) 500 Gallon Tank h. Economic Development Council, 5217 Hwy B, Hillsboro - One (1) 500 Gallon Tank i. Animal Resource Center, 4848 Hwy 30 House Spring - One (1) 1,000 & One (1) 500 Gallon Tank Bid Deposits/Bonds are not required unless specified in the specifications. Bid deposits/Bonds must be in the exact amount as stipulated in the bid. Contract Term: One Year Contract With One (1) Additional One Year Renewal Option Upon Approval of the County Council and County Executive The County may reject any or all bids for any reason and may waive any informality
