Demolition and site work for a residential development in Pense, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Town of Pense is accepting tenders for "Building Demolition", this will include demolition, removal and clean-up of the property located at Lots A & B, Block 7, Plan BF401A - 345 Brunswick Street Pense, SK. The contractor shall perform all work required to completely remove all debris, dispose of materials, including asbestos containing materials. Pre-demolition Hazardous Material Assessment Report has been completed and will be provided upon request. Deadline for Demolition December 31, 2022. Tenders received later than the time specified will not be accepted regardless of post mark date or courier delivery schedule. The lowest priced tender or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
