Reference Number 0000429800 The project includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction to install separated stormwater sewer systems along Thurlow Terrace and in the vicinity of the Washington Park Lake House that convey captured storm flows to Washington Park Lake. The construction of the closed systems involves, but is not limited to, the following work: demolition of the existing site surface features and existing sewer infrastructure; cleaning, inspection and lining of existing combined sewer piping within Washington Park; trenching, backfilling, and installation of the proposed sewer infrastructure; removal and replacement of the existing stormwater outlet pipes to Washington Park Lake; and the associated site restoration work. The Work is to be substantially completed by October 1, 2027.
