Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

a. The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing, and supplying all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction Project Number P1716B titled Softball Infield Replacement carry out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. b. Briefly, and without force or effect on the balance of the Contract Documents, the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: 1 . Work of this contract includes, but is not limited to, Removal and replacement of the Varsity Softball Infield. Includes removal of existing infield material , installation, and final grading of new infield material.. All work shall be in accordance with construction drawings and specifications. 2. The Contract Documents include: (a) Specifications; University requirements, general requirements, Division 1 through 33 Specifications Sections, (b) Bidding Addenda, (c) Drawings, as listed in the Table of Contents. Work of this contract includes removal and replacement of the Varsity Softball Infield. Includes removal of existing infield material , installation , and final grading of new infield material. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond.
