Offerors must possess a valid license for either a C-14 - Fencing license or a CR-14 - Fencing specialty dual license from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC). The license must be maintained and be in good standing for the life of the contract. A copy of the required License must be submitted at the time of bid submittal. Submittals received without the required License will be considered non-responsive. The City of Phoenix, Aviation Department ("City", "Aviation Department") invites sealed offers from qualified vendors for the installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of vehicle barriers, turnstiles, security gates, gate operating systems, controls, bollards, cable barriers, and their supporting infrastructure at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Deer Valley Airport and Goodyear Airport (collectively referred to as "Airports") on an "as-needed" basis, for a five (5)-year period commencing on or about January 1, 2023, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein.
