Install new thermostats and discharge air sensors for each unit. Contractor to run any necessary controls conduit, wiring, termination, program and schedule economizers for pre and post air purging of system. Scope requires HVAC and electrical. At the time bids are submitted, each bidder shall possess a valid B and/or C-20 license and must maintain the license throughout the duration of the project.
