This Invitation to Tender consists of the Winter Maintenance Services on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DTI) for Cumberland Road and Proctor Lane, Sussex Division, for a period of one (1) year from November 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms per one-year increment upon mutual agreement by both parties at the same price, term, and condition. Contract will be award to the lowest compliant bid which meet the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications for item # 1 of the tender documents. Prior to Contract award, the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure may consult with other departments and agencies of the Province of New Brunswick to obtain information on the Vendor's past performance within the previous five (5) years. Results from the aforementioned consultations that are unsatisfactory to the Department, in its sole and absolute discretion, will result in the disqualification of the Vendor's bid. All inquiries should be received seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than 7 calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response. Please reference the tender number and closing date within your communications to ensure a prompt and accurate reply.
