Renovation of a museum in Springfield, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Provide materials, equipment, and labor to repair rusted elevator doors and perform an elevator modernization on this nearly 50-year-old elevator. Comply with all regulatory Local, State and Federal requirements necessary to perform this work. Secure all required permits, testing and clearances. Bid books on file with plan centers are incomplete and cannot be submitted as completed bids. The deadline for submitting questions regarding this Invitation to Bid is Friday September 16, 2022, at 2:00 pm. Contact with other City officials may be grounds for disqualification of the bid.
