The latter will be divided into two separate lots, such as: LOT # 1 (ICM at 5000 rue Bélanger) LOT # 2 ( EPIC Center and Bonaventure Church at 5055 rue Saint-Zotique) Snow removal and de-icing of parking lots, traffic lanes and pedestrian entrances must be done in collaboration between the contractor and ICM. The ICM invites companies specializing in this field to submit a price offer with respect to the mandate defined below, as well as the terms and conditions appearing in this estimate. The contract period will be for one (1) year with two (2) extension options of one (1) year each, from November 1 , 2022 to April 30, 2025.
