The bids shall be labeled: Crestview Drive Improvements Project Jonestown, Texas The project consists of furnishing, installing, and providing all labor and materials required for construction of approximately 1,100 square yards of HMAC Type D mill and overlay of Crestview Drive and street parking, and approximately 1,600 square yards of HMAC C Mix paving of an existing parking lot. In addition, the project consists of furnishing, installing, and providing all labor and materials required for the construction and the repair of approximately 1,000 square yards of asphalt. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided and must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable without recourse to the City of Jonestown, Texas in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid submitted as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond within ten (10) days after the notification of the award of the contract.
