The Highlands Ranch Metro District, Parks, Recreation & Open Space is currently accepting janitorial service quotations for the Service Center located at 3280 Redstone Park Circle, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129, including portions of the newly built Fleet Building located onsite.. Length of Contract: One year, with possible extensions with satisfactory performance. Cleaning Frequency: Contractor shall clean building five consecutive days per week; Monday through Friday. Any change to this frequency must have prior approval by the Office Manager. Times: Contractor will have access to the building between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless the occasional meeting is scheduled in the evening, calendars are posted monthly and weekly. Equipment and Supply Storage: A secured janitor's closet is provided on-site for cleaning equipment and supplies. Contractor's Staff: Office Manager will be informed any time there is a change in the cleaning staff. See Scope of Work.
