Site work for a library in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a library.
The work includes custom millwork and electrical work to create large format wayfinding sign(s) and housing for digital signage in (3) separate primary junctions at the Library. The area of work will take place in the existing main entry rotunda, the central atrium, and Level 2. Submission of Bidder Questions: Friday, September 30, 2022 at 4:00 PM Board Consideration of Award: Thursday, October 20, 2022 4:00 pm CDT; bidders do not need to be present at the Board meeting Notification of Decision to Bidders: on or before October 21, 2022 (via email) Contract Awarded: Upon final legal approval Project Completion Date: as indicated by the contractor on the bid form; Substantial Completion must be achieved by February 24, 2023. bidder questions must be submitted to the Project Coordinator in writing, preferably by email.
