Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes removing and replacing the sidewalk along portions of the 1100-1200 blocks of SW Munson Avenue in the Tennessee Town neighborhood as designated in the attached location map. Davis Bacon Wages General Decision Number KS20220031 Mod 3- Heavy Dated September 2, 2022 are in effect at the time of bid letting, and are required for this project. PAYMENT PROCEDURES. Contractor shall coordinate payment applications with the Project Inspector for review and approval. All payment applications will be based on the number of units actually completed.
