Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hesperia, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; library; and municipal facility.
The City of Hesperia, hereinafter referred to as "City", is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors, hereinafter referred to as "Bidder", to perform roof repairs where leaks have occurred on City's facilities. Deadline for Submitting Questions: Inquiries are due no later than September 15, 2022 at 1:00 PM. The City shall respond to inquiries no later than September 19, 2022. Inquires submitted after this deadline will not receive a response. This project consists of performing roof repairs where leaks have occurred on City of Hesperia facilities, which include Hesperia City Hall, Hesperia Police Station, Hesperia Branch Library, and Hesperia Public Works Yard. The work includes all required material, labor, equipment, and permit/license fees associated with the project to ensure roof repairs have a watertight finish. All work required to perform the roof repairs, as generally described in the scope of work, to be complete and in place and fully functional and operational, shall be included.
