Renovation of a municipal facility in Hesperia, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a 1,289-square-foot municipal facility.
As of January 26th, 2023, the City has decided to cancel the RFB. The City of Hesperia understands how much time and effort goes into preparing these bids and apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused. The City of Hesperia is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors, hereinafter referred to as "Bidder", to perform construction to modify one area on the second floor of Hesperia City Hall to add two (2) new IT offices spaces. The City Contact, hereinafter referred to as "Contact", is the sole point of contact for this solicitation. All communication shall be in writing and submitted to the Contact. Bidders are not permitted to communicate with other City staff or officials about this RFB, except for during pre-bid meetings, demonstrations, and/or interviews, unless otherwise directed by the Contact. Contact: Cristina Hall- Purchasing Supervisor E-mail: purchasing@cityofhesperia.us Bidders interested in participating in this RFB should immediately provide the Contact with a phone number, and an e-mail address for dissemination of addenda and/or supplemental information, as applicable. Failure to provide said contact information may result in late notifications and/or incomplete bids. Inquiries are due no later than November 16, 2022, at 1:00 PM. The City shall respond to inquiries no later than November 17, 2022. Inquires submitted after this deadline will not receive a response. Firms interested in participating in this RFB should immediately provide the Contact with a phone number and an email address for dissemination of addenda and/or supplemental information, as applicable. Failure to provide said contact information may result in late notifications and/or incomplete bids.
