Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Silver Cliff, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Town received no bids. The Town of Silver Cliff is requesting proposals for a Post and Beam Type Storage Shed on a Concrete Slab. To Include 8' Concrete Apron at Each Gable End. Building Size to be 48' Wide X 72' Long X 16' Wall Height (with an inside clear Height of 16'). Building to be Uninsulated. Concrete Slab to be 6" Thick. Post and Truss Spacing to be 6', Roof Pitch to be 4/12. Exterior to be Charcoal Gray Steel. Roof Material to be Emerald Green Steel with 12) 7' Skylights placed evenly. Trim Color to be Emerald Green. End Wall Overhangs 0', Sidewall Overhangs 0'. Overhead Doors 2) at 12'W X 14' T. and 2) at 18'W X 14' T. Service Doors 2) 36" X 80". To Include 100 Amp Electrical Service and Basic Lighting for Interior and Exterior and Interior Outlets. We will accept bids for the entire project or individual bids for the concrete only or the Building Structure only. If bidding for the entire project then must give 2 separate prices: concrete price and building structure price.
