Renovation of a fire / police facility in Milltown, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The association board is seeking bids for the replacement of the fire hall roof. Roof will consist of concealed fastener preformed and prefinished standing seam sheet metal roofing system, all metal flashing, ridge vent and leak barrier as required by code. Metal roof panel shall be 24-gauge Galvalume 50ksi Kynar (PVDF) paint finish, 16 inches wide, one-inch minimum nominal rib height, 3 minor ribs, concealed fastener panel. Must include snow guards on south side of building. Successful bidder to carry adequate liability and workman's compensation insurance and submit proof of insurance if awarded the bid.
