As of January 22, 2024, this project is currently sub bidding. Demolition is estimated to begin April of 2024, with a construction date of May 2024. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The Design Professional's services are anticipated to commence by Winter 2022 with construction documents anticipated for completion in Fall 2023. The start of construction is contingent on the availability of funding. (All of the dates above are estimates which are subject to change. The fee structure for design professional services relative to the schedule, and fee amounts will be agreed upon by the Owner and the Design Professional prior to the start of design professional services.) The following Schedule of Events represents the Owner's best estimate of the schedule that will be followed. All times indicated are prevailing times in Atlanta, Georgia. The Owner reserves the right to adjust the schedule as the Owner deems necessary. The Owner reserves the right to disqualify a proposer from the selection process due to a failure by a proposer to arrive for the site visit by the scheduled time. Failure to attend a mandatory site visit will automatically result in disqualification from the selection process.
