PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project involves the transformation of several vacant parcels bounded by I-94, Sprinkle, & Vanrick into Kalamazoo RESA's new CTE Center. With close to 160,000 sq. ft. of finished space, this project is scheduled to start in September 2022 and complete by August 2024. This Bid Package is for the structural scopes of work at the new 160,000 sq. ft. Kalamazoo RESA CTE Center being constructed on several parcels bounded by I-94, Sprinkle, & Vanrick. Concrete will begin in December 2022 and structural erection begins in April 2023. SCHEDULE: Project is scheduled to begin December 2022 and a final completion date is scheduled for August 2024.
