This Project consists of rehabilitation of the FedEx building at Tampa International Airport. REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION DEADLINE: October 6, 2022 This Project consists of rehabilitation of the FedEx building at Tampa International Airport. The Project will include roof removal and replacement. The new roof system will consist of single-ply roofing, sheet-metal, gutters, downspouts and lightning protection. Limited steel decking repairs, reworking of Rooftop Units (RTU) condensate lines, and fall protection are included in the roof rehabilitation. Also included in this project are vertical joint sealant replacement and replacement of expansion joints on the building façade. Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% The undersigned further agrees that if awarded the Contract, Bidder will commence the Work within ten days after the date of Notice to Proceed and that Bidder will achieve Substantial Complete Completion within 129 days after Notice to Proceed.
