Suction Lift Sewer Pump Station Replacement and 60 kW Standby Generator Installation The City of Anthonyville is accepting bids from properly licensed professionals to bid on the rehabilitation of the City's existing sewer suction lift pump station with a new package suction lift pump station and permanent standby generator. Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated 22-9-203 The City of Anthonyville encourages all qualified small, minority and women business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, City of Anthonyville encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority and women business enterprises. The City of Anthonyville reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject bids, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed beyond thirty calendar days from the bid opening date. The bidder must agree also to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $200 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter.
