The City of Greenville is seeking sealed bids for Snow Plowing Downtown Parking Lots and Park Parking Lots. The principal contact with the City of Greenville will be: Tom Pollock Director of Public Services 218 Fairplains St Greenville, Ml 48838 (616)754-5098 (office) or 616-835-1210 (cell) tpollock@greenvillemi.org BOND: The successful bidder may be required to furnish an insurance bond for the total cost of the project unless the Owner waives the right to require such a bond CONTRACT TIME: From the acceptance date of the contractor's proposal until June 1st, 2026 The City of Greenville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The competency and responsibility of bidders will be considered in awarding contracts. The Owner does not obligate himself to accept the lowest or any other bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in any or all bids. The City of Greenville reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities of bid items without additional compensation
