Renovation of a residential development in Gouverneur, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Contract No. 1 - General Rehabilitation - Base Bid 153 Rowley Street Base Bid - Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include: Furnish and Install New Asphalt Shingled Roof, Fascia, and Soffit, Furnish and Install New Vinyl Siding on Wooded Areas of the House, Furnish and Install Five (5) New Vinyl Replacement Windows, Furnish and Install 2" Drain in Basement to the Main. Additionally, the Base Bid will also require new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors along with lead hazard rehabilitation work items. Contract No. 1 - General Rehabilitation - Additive Bid 153 Rowley Street Additive Bid - Additive Bid (1) - Repoint Existing Chimney, Additive Bid (2) - Furnish and Install New Front Stairs.
