Contract No. 1 - General Rehabilitation - Base Bid 74 Dorwin Street Base Bid - Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include: Furnish and Install Seventeen (17) vinyl replacement windows - (16) porch and (1) Kitchen, Furnish and Replace Sink and Plumbing in Kitchen, Furnish and Replace Downstairs Bathroom Plumbing, Fixtures, and Vanity, Repair the Waterline in the Basement, Foundation Repair in the Back of the House, Drainage modification in the Front of the House to Devert Water from Entering the Basement from Road, Furnish and Install Basement Insulation, Furnish and Install new basement stairs and exterior door, Furnish and Install New Back Porch Side Metal Roof, and Repair or Replace Outside Faucet. Additionally, the Base Bid will also require new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors along with lead hazard rehabilitation work items.
