Project Number- 2251A Upper Moreland School District Middle School TLC Room Alterations Sealed Proposals will be received by the Upper Moreland School District ( Owner ) for General Construction and Electrical Construction for the Upper Moreland Middle School TLC Room - Alteration Project. Bidders must register with the Architect prior to receiving Bidding Documents. . Questions regarding the bid shall be emailed using RFI format (Request For Information) to eric@gkoarchitects.com. Proposals shall conform to all requirements as set forth in the bidding documents. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the Architectural (A-Series), Specification Divisions 01 through 14 and other activities traditionally recognized as general construction. ii. Work includes Project Coordination and related administration responsibilities including but limited to: 1. Creation, publication and updates of a project schedule. iii. Work includes the following Temporary Facilities: 1. Temporary plastic and tape to prevent construction dust from travelling to areas outside of the Work Area. 2.
