It is intended to award multiple prime contracts for the work as follows: Contract No. 1 General Construction Contract No. 2 Mechanical Construction Contract No. 3 Electrical Construction Estimated Cost General Construction $650,000 Mechanical Construction $20,000 Electrical Construction $50,000 Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, money order or cashier's good faith check payable to the Order of the Upper Moreland School District, or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents.
