The estimated magnitude of this project is betw een $100,000 and $250,000. In accordance w ith FAR 28.102-1, performance and payment bonds are required for any construction contract exceeding $150,000; contracts betw een $35,000 and $150,000 only require payment bonds. The Contractor will install new RV pedestals, sub-panel, lighting, and corresponding conductors at Eau Galle Equestrian RV Park located at N1832 Dugan Road, Spring Valley, WI 54767. 1 General 1.1 Project Description The work at Eau Galle consists of installing 12, 50 Amp RV pedestals, installation of a new sub-panel, and installing lighting and receptacles at the vault toilet. Further information is available in the following sections. The Contractor is responsible for all costs and materials, related to this project. Items include, but are not limited to, cable, panels, pedestals, circuit breakers, lighting, installation hardware, labor, and permitting cost. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. The completion date is based on the assumption that the successful offeror will receive the notice to proceed by December 1, 2022. The completion date will be extended by the number of calendar days after the above date that the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, except to the extent that the delay in issuance of the notice to proceed results from the failure of the Contractor to execute the contract and give the required performance and payment bonds within the time specified in the offer.
