Bids should include furnishing cold mix patch material and pothole hand patch prior to chip seal surfacing. Each road is to be bid separately. Chip Sealing Bids using 350 degree liquid asphalt and 100% dark fractured 3/8 inch chips Measurements are approximate; contractor should measure. Contractor must include a Certificate of Insurance. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for public contract without any basis and without disclosure for cause. Send or deliver bids marked Chip Seal Bid to the Town of Martell
