The Town of Martell, Pierce County is requesting bids for chip seal road work using 350 degree liquid asphalt and 100% dark fractured 3/8 inch chips. Bids should include a patch crew responsible for furnishing cold mix patch material and performing pothole hand patching prior to the chip seal surfacing. Contractors should contact the Town Patrolman for detailed information about specific roads, distances, and specifications. Each bid must include a Certificate of Insurance. Bids should be clearly marked as "Chip Seal Bid" and sent or delivered to the Town of Martell at W5581 800th Ave, Spring Valley, WI 54767. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids without explanation or disclosure of cause.
