Sprowls Hall Roof Replacement Indiana University of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this Project consists of the roof replacement at Sprowls Hall at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Description: Replace approximately 19,000 square feet of existing low slope single ply roofing. Work includes but is not limited to, removal of the EPDM roof system and edge metal. Provide additional insulation, EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 20-year warranty. Alternate bids include EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 30-year warranty, roof coating and roof replacement work at the Loading Dock Roofs, masonry chimney work and lightning protection system installation. Refer to documents for complete scope of Work. Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
