Upon Issuing Office's receipt of two separate payments ($50.00 document refundable fee and $50 non-refundable shipping fee), printed Bidding Documents will be sent via next day delivery service through the U.S. Postal Service. o If the prospective Bidder provides a customer number for a specified delivery company (such as Fed Ex, or UPS), then upon receipt of the $100.00 document fee the Issuing Office will deliver the printed Bidding Documents via the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder (shipping charges billed to the prospective Bidder's account). Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the office hours (8 AM - 5 PM) by appointment only. Cost does not include shipping charges. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term "iron and steel products" means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials.
