Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; water / sewer project; and pre-engineered storage facility.

The summary of the overall Project consists of providing all labor, materials and resources necessary to install all Work for Phase I of the Transfer Station Upgrades which will include site access road expansion, construction of storm water pond and miscellaneous storm water improvements, supply and install pre-engineered metal building on concrete foundation and removal and disposal of Transtor Hoppers and concrete foundation for the SRMT Transfer Station located at 179 County Route 43, Fort Covington, New York, as further described in the Bid Documents. SRMT is utilizing "online" construction project management software for viewing and downloading copies of the Bid Documents. All electronic correspondence is tracked and archived by Procore and bidders are provided with the most up-to- date information for the project. Interested bidders must contact the SRMT's Grants and Contracts Office to be added to the bidders list for this project and to obtain access to bid documents, drawings and technical specifications. Any bidder claiming Native American Preference must give evidence to support this claim with their submitted bid. The successful Bidder, as well as their Sub-Contractors, will be required to complete a Native American Preference Employment Plan and Agreement.
