Project work will consist of construction of manholes (2), sewers (100 LF), a concrete chlorine contact tank, a wooden framed chlorine building and associated conduit and site work. The work is offered under a single Prime Contract as follows: Contract No. GC-1 - General Construction Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form and amount specified in the Bid documents. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) days after the date of Bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and waive informalities if, in its opinion, such action is in their best interest. Out-of-State Bidders shall obtain authority to do business in New York State or submit evidence with the Bid that it is not required. By submission of this Bid, each Bidder and each person signing on behalf of the Bidder must certify, and in the case of a joint Bid each party thereto certifies as to its own organization, under penalty of perjury, that to the best of its knowledge and belief that each Bidder is NOT on the list created pursuant to paragraph (b) of Subdivision 3 of Section 165-a of the New York State Finance Law commonly known as the Iran Energy Sector Divestment Act of 2012. The attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment to be observed and the minimum wage rates and benefits to be paid under this Contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
