On behalf of the School Board of Polk County, Williams Company Tampa, the Construction Manager for the McLaughlin Middle School New Gymnasium is currently accepting letters of interest and prequalifying all interested subcontractors for the project. The Project consists of new construction of a 28,000 sqft tilt wall gymnasium. The scopes of work include survey, daily/final cleaning, sitework, tilt wall concrete, masonry, structural steel, casework, roofing, doors, overhead doors, limited stucco, polished concrete, composite metal panels, drywall, ACT, flooring, sports flooring, painting, interior signage, lockers, metal canopies, athletic equipment, appliances, bleachers, HVAC, test & balance, electrical, and low voltage systems. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
