Renovation of a municipal facility in Riverdale Park, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Riverdale Park (hereinafter called the "Town") is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to engage a Contractor licensed in the State of Maryland, to provide and install camera/video surveillance system. Scope of Work The Town of Riverdale Park is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors for the procurement of the security cameras, associated equipment (including software), design, installation, implementation, configuration, testing, and training for a modern security video camera management system for the following five (5) Town locations, see Exhibit B. 1. 54th Ave. and Jefferson St. 2. 54th Ave. and Riverdale Rd. 3. Town Center (train station) 4. Trolley Trail - south of Town Center 5. Trolley Trail - north of Town Center Bid Bond: 10% Performance Bond: 100% Last day for Questions September 30th, at 5 PM Final Written Response to Questions October 7th Liquidated Damages If the Work is not completed as provided in Section 12 & Section 15, the Town will assess, and Contractor shall pay liquidated damage in the amount of $250.00 for each calendar day until final completion and shall be deducted from any money due the Contractor.
