PROJECT TITLE: VARIOUS ROOF PROJECTS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF SOUTHERN PLAINS REGIONAL OFFICE, ANADARKO, OKLAHOMA DESCRIPTION: Contractor to provide all labor, materials and incidental costs associated with the construction of various roof replacement projects. All work shall be completed in accordance with the contract terms and conditions and the Construction Wage Rate Requirements. PROJECT LOCATION: A list of the homes and locations are specified in the Statement of Work. DATES: Bid Opening is set for October 7, 2022 at 2:00pm. The Government anticipates the award to be made by October 30, 2022. Contractor will be expected to complete each roof within 30 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. The NTP will be issued as soon as Performance and Payment Bonding is received. MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: As required under FAR Part 36.204, Project Magnitude is between $25,000 - $100,000 SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is being issued as a Indian Small Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. NAICS CODE: For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238160 Roofing Contractor , with a size standard of $16.5mil. SITE VISIT: No formal site visit is planned. See Section L for more information.Site Visit (Construction). (FEB 1995) (a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. (b) A formal site visit is not being scheduled. It will be up to offeror to visit each site to determine size of roof. Period of Performance: 10/31/2022 to 03/31/2023 Submittal of Questions Offeror is to consolidate questions related to this solicitation in a request for information (RFI) formatted word document. RFI is to be emailed as an editable attachment to the solicitation point of contact by September 23, 2022, 2:00pm Local Central Time. All questions must be submitted in writing. No questions will be accepted via phone calls. RFI's will be considered and responded to by the Government. BIA's response to RFIs will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
