Photovoltaic (Solar) System Install for Blackhawk Park This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being conducted using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is not an Invitation for Bids (IFB) and no bid bond is required. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237130, Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction (Solar Power Structure Construction with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.In accordance with FAR 28.102-1(b); payment protection is required for any resultant contract greater than $35,000.
