Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in De Soto, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or a Bid Bond on the prescribed form payable to the Owner in an amount not less than 5% of the Total Bid as guarantee, that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Agreement, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance Certifications, as required by the Contract Documents. PROJECT: The Work is officially known as 2024 Bleacher Reconstruction, and consists of salvage and relocation of the existing press box, salvage and reuse of existing bleacher seating, removal of existing concrete bleacher foundation, removal of existing sheet pile retaining wall, construction of new sloped embankment, new concrete bleacher foundation, new sidewalks, new bleacher seating, and turf establishment. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interests of Owner. Published by authority of the De Soto Area Schools Board. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
