CCEMS operates in the current facility with the first and second level office areas being vacant and shared interior 3-bay parking garage hosting ambulance, Sheriff, and eventually, Coroner vehicles. CCEMS seeks to retain a General Contracting Firm to provide all remodel work to update construction for preexisting infrastructure, permitting and construction and/or construction oversight required for a remodel/update project. The purpose of this Request-for-Proposal is to obtain relevant information, credentials, qualifications, experience and a proposed Project Approach from interested Firms to inform the review committee for selection of a General Contracting Firm for the Project.
