Given the presence of various equipment on the roof, in the vicinity of the chimney, Hôpital Pierre-Boucher is asking to add a HEPA filtration system to the air exhaust. Here is the summary of the scope of work in electromechanical: 1) Ventilation: a) modification of the air exhaust to add 'Bag-in/Bag-out' type HEPA filters for each of the exhaust fans; b) if required, replace the fans to take into account the additional loss in the HEPA filters. 2) Automatic control: a) supply and installation of variable frequency drives for the exhaust fans; (b) control of exhaust fans to maintain a constant negative pressure in the isolation room; c) control of the pressure loss in the filters. 3) Electricity: Modify the connection of the exhaust fans (replacement of starters by frequency variators, power supply if the power of the fans is different from that installed).
