Sealed bids for the Center Line Public Schools, 2017 Bond Issue, Bid Package #7B, consisting of: Project 21-154 Center Line HS HVAC & Flooring Renovations Project 21-154 Wolfe Middle School HVAC & Flooring Renovations Bids submitted after this time and date will not be considered or accepted. Faxed and/or E-mail proposals will not be accepted. This Bid Package will consist of a sealed bid for the following Bid Division: 108: Carpentry / General Trades 109: Roofing / Sheetmetal 115: Metal Studs / Drywall / Acoustical Treatments 120: Painting 142: HVAC 143: Electrical All bids must include the Familial Disclosure Affidavit (Section 004205), the Iran Linked Business Affidavit (Section 004210), and the Criminal Background Check Affidavit (Section 004220). All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security, in either the form of a bid bond or certified bank check, in the amount of five (5) percent of the amount of the Bid, payable to Center Line Public Schools, as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the School District is secured from loss or damage by reason of the withdrawal of the Bid or failure of the Bidder to enter a Contract for performance, Further, the Bidder will execute the Contract, provide the required insurance certificate(s) and file the required bonds within ten (10) days after notice of award of Contract but prior to Work commencing. If awarded a contract, the successful bidder may be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Center Line Public School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding, and to accept a bid other than the lowest bid
